Founded in 1979, Lyons Warren has risen through the ranks to become the prime design and engineering consultant for several corporate / chain store customers for projects throughout the Western U.S., Asia, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Lyons Warren has extensive experience in retail, food service, and commercial design, including warehouse, distribution, office buildings and manufacturing facilities. Known for a tradition of strong customer service, Lyons Warren has served several of its clients for more than twenty-five years, establishing long-term relationships and gaining intimate knowledge of their specific building
requirements, operations, equipment and procedures.
Lyons Warren is at the forefront of new technological advances including sustainable design, and is a member of the USGBC and SEAOC-SD Sustainable Design Committee. Their thorough, economical and results-oriented approach to projects has created an atmosphere of cooperative teamwork with all clients, who have come to rely on Lyons Warren’s professionalism, attention to detail, and diligent work ethic to meet their architecture and structural engineering needs.
